§  Right to refuse a listing:  Strategian retains the right to refuse or delete a listing without explanation, and without any obligation whatsoever.  The use of profane language, unwanted or offensive material, sexually explicit is strictly prohibited.  Listings may only be used for legal / lawful purposes. 

§  Authenticity of the listing party / advertiser:  Strategian provides no guarantee on the authenticity of the listing party / advertisers.  These are not validated by Strategian, and users of this website are required to undertake their own due diligence when searching and finding a listing party / advertiser on this website.

§  Disputes:  If there is a dispute on this website, Strategian is under no obligation to become involved.

§  Spam:  Strategian is strongly opposed to SPAM, and any use of SPAM on this website is prohibited.

§  Own risk:  Users of this site do so at their own risk.  No warranty is provided by Strategian.

§  Limited liability:  Users agree that neither Strategian nor any of its providers of information shall liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from any information obtained from this website.

§  Use:  The use of the SA Web Directory for businesses using the listing facility is currently free.  Strategian reserves the right to review this free use policy.
